What does the 12% service fee cover?
Vetting, matching, milestone escrow, contracts, and the free rematch guarantee. Your freelancer keeps 100% of their quoted rate — we never shave it.
Can I hire my freelancer directly?
Yes. After 12 months on Sprint or Studio, the introduction is yours free. Before that, a fair buyout applies — quoted up front, never a surprise.
What if the match doesn't work out?
Every engagement opens with a two-week paid trial. If it's not right, we rematch you within 48 hours and credit the service fee on the replacement.
Who owns the work?
You do — full IP assignment on final payment, plus source files and a handover pack. Our contract says so in plain English.
How fast can we start?
